Service providers
The site relies on a small number of third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

- Cloudflare — provides DNS and email routing.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
- Proton — our email provider.

Cookies and analytics

Client confidentiality
Models, deal documents, and financial data you share for an engagement are treated as confidential and used only to scope and deliver that engagement. On request after handover, we delete the working files and source data you provided. We keep the underlying business records described below — invoices, correspondence, and a copy of the final deliverable — because we're required to for accounting purposes, not because we need your data. Engagement materials are never used in marketing without explicit permission.
Data retention
Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the thread if you come back, then deleted. If we work together, business records — invoices, correspondence, scope documents, and a copy of the final deliverable — are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 7 years] to meet tax, accounting, and professional record-keeping obligations, even if you've asked us to delete the underlying working files as described above. Contact form submissions are also stored by Formspree under its own retention settings until we delete them there. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@finmodelhq.com and we'll respond promptly.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under the safeguards each provider maintains.
Governing law
